Who are we?
We are centered in worship.
Saint Michael Lutheran Church is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) descended from a long line of “Good News” people. Everyone who walks though the doors is welcome, regardless of age, race, ability, gender, sexual orientation, political party, or nationality. We aren’t perfect by a long shot, but together we confess our fears and failures as we trust in God’s promise of hope and healing.

We are gathered in community.
It’s easy to say we are a welcoming bunch, but we also try to show it. Even on your first visit, you might find yourself having coffee with a new face during Fellowship Hour, stopping by a forum for youth or adults, or singing with the kids before Sunday School. Whatever is happening that day (and usually it’s several things), you are welcome to join in. In a world of easy connections, our hope is to form lasting relationships.
What’s happening at Saint Michael?
We are sent to serve.
Service happens inside our walls and outside of them as well. We make quilts and fill school bags, sponsor blood drives and hold pet blessings. We serve at local shelters and encourage involvement across all ages and abilities.
But perhaps the biggest ministry of this congregation is empowering every person to live out their faith in daily life—whether at work, school, retirement, or whatever life situation you’re in.
